Ce mode de consommation augmente le risque d\u2019intoxication \u00e0 l\u2019alcool et de probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 physique et mentale.<\/p><p><strong>Le saviez-vous?<\/strong> La consommation excessive d\u2019alcool est chose courante. Ce mode de consommation fait en sorte qu\u2019une personne a des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler sa consommation, qu\u2019elle passe beaucoup de temps \u00e0 penser \u00e0 l\u2019alcool ou \u00e0 s\u2019en procurer, et qu\u2019elle continue de prendre de l\u2019alcool m\u00eame si cela lui cause des probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 ou des probl\u00e8mes relationnels, financiers ou juridiques.<\/p><p>Les personnes souffrant d\u2019un trouble li\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019usage de l\u2019alcool doivent plus d\u2019alcool pour obtenir le m\u00eame effet, car elles d\u00e9veloppent une tol\u00e9rance \u00e0 l\u2019alcool. Si elles r\u00e9duisent ou cessent leur consommation, elles peuvent aussi ressentir des sympt\u00f4mes de sevrage comme de la transpiration, une augmentation du rythme cardiaque, de l\u2019agitation, de l\u2019irritabilit\u00e9, des probl\u00e8mes de sommeil, des naus\u00e9es et des convulsions.
